Answers to the questions we are asked most often — from delivery times and subscriptions to how we choose your flowers.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday across our local area. For subscriptions, you can choose your preferred day when setting up. For weddings and events, delivery is timed to your schedule. Collection is also welcome by arrangement.

We work with the seasons, so the flowers available change throughout the year. Each season has its own stars — peonies and sweet peas in early summer, dahlias and roses through late summer, and quieter stems like hellebores and paperwhites in winter. We publish a seasonal flower guide so you can see what to expect month by month.

Yes. Weekly flower subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with one week's notice. If you are going away, just let us know and we will hold your deliveries until you are back. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Everything starts with the season and what is looking best on the day. We source from local growers and our own cutting patch whenever possible. During our consultation, you tell us about colours you love, styles that suit your space, and the mood you want — romantic, bright, understated, or dramatic. Victoria then selects the freshest seasonal stems and designs an arrangement that feels personal and natural, never pulled from a catalogue.
